Aligned with MEF and ITU Standards, New Release Enables Enterprise VPN and Wholesale Mobile Backhaul Services Accelerating Infrastructure ROI

With this release, InfoVista continues to make it easier for service providers to have the network intelligence needed to offer new services with the added advantage of dedicated reports, workflows, and technologies that align with Metro Ethernet Forum (MEF) and International Telecommunication Union (ITU) standards. Additionally, VistaInsight for Networks 4 offers enhanced support for Ethernet equipment and technologies from leading vendors to support the increased adoption of Carrier Ethernet cross domain.

New functionalities in VistaInsight for Networks 4 that accelerate Carrier Ethernet deployments include MEF-aligned Carrier Ethernet reporting for Cisco EVC and ADVA; support for new Ethernet OAM probes and Y.1731 standards for end-to-end performance measurements. Additionally, the solution offers enhanced VLAN reporting, and core support for Carrier Ethernet equipment and reporting technologies from leading vendors including Cisco, ADVA, Juniper, and Huawei.
