InfoVista Partners with Technidata in Mexico

PARIS and HERNDON, VA—(October 8, 2009)—InfoVista (Euronext IFV - FR0004031649), the leading provider of proven solutions for proactive service assurance, today announced it has entered into an agreement with Technidata, a leading IT services company based in Mexico City. Under the terms of the agreement, Technidata will include InfoVista’s proactive service assurance solutions as part of the managed IT services it offers to its customers. InfoVista chose Technidata because of its proven success in the IT field and its ability to serve as a strategic advisor to companies in a key growth market for InfoVista. The agreement opens new opportunities for Technidata to offer end-to-end services to its customers, including quality of experience monitoring of applications, VoIP, IPTV, and Netflow.
