The Sales Director is responsible for the successful management of a team of Regional Account Managers and the development of all related sales activities. The sales director is responsible for the delivery of accurate sales forecasts in relation to personal quotas that are set.  
Role is to manage the sale activities in his territory, to report it to the VP EMEA and to sustain the sales strategy with has been defined with the VP EMEA..


Duties:

  • Increase our market penetration in emerging MarketLeverage our customer satisfaction and extend our portfolio in Matures marketEstablish an business plan
  • Establish and develop the partnership with Strategic Alliance (Cisco and NSN)Develop a global account management in DT Group and Vodafone on the territory.Actively contribute to the overall business development of the group
  • Support and Help the RSM activities and initiatives
  • Implementing the corporate policy on the image of InfoVista within the local market
  • Advising territories strategies and aligning this with InfoVista Group strategy

Location: 
London, Munich or France
  • Very good knowledge of SP’s Market.
  • Very good knowledge of the OSS Needs.
  • Fluent in English

 

Qualification and Experience

More than 10 yrs of exp. with an international software vendor in our domain with strong contacts within the Service Provider business sector and a proven track record of sales management in this sector.
Track record of overachievement against targets
Excellent hands-on sales experience and management
Experience in driving and closing high-level, strategic business at board level
Ability to establish trust and credibility at board level
Ability to manage and leverage a Sales team.
Strong business knowledge
